Right now, I’m in a season of learning.

Between being a mom of four, working, and building Family Wagon Wellness… I’ve also been diving deep into becoming a certified nutrition coach. And one thing is becoming clear:

According to my nutrition training, many health issues today come from “empty calories”—foods that give energy but no real nutrients. �

Fast, convenient meals

They fill you up… but don’t fuel your body.

Here’s what I’m personally working on (and teaching my families):

1. Focus on Whole Foods

The closer it is to how God made it, the better.

2. Reduce Processed Foods

If it has a long ingredient list… it’s probably not helping you.

3. Add More Plants 🌿

Not about being perfect—just adding more:

Most people have too much of the wrong fats and not enough of the right ones.
